Federico Trucco

Federico Trucco, Ph.D., has served as Chief Executive Officer of Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (NYSE American: BIOX), a fully-integrated provider of crop productivity solutions, including seeds, seed traits, seed treatments, biologicals, high-value adjuvants and fertilizers, since June 2011 and was appointed as a member of its controlling shareholder, board of directors in December 2014. He previously served in various positions at INDEAR including as general manager from 2009 to 2011, director of product development from 2008 to 2009 and research team leader of the Amaranth project from 2005 to 2009. Dr. Trucco also serves as president of Bioceres, Inc. and S&W Semillas, manager of Verdeca, a director of RASA Holding, Heritas and Rizobacter Argentina, and vice president of SEMYA and AGBM.

Larry Bodner

Larry Bodner has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sovos Brands, a food and beverage company seeking to acquire brands, since February 2017. From March 2016 to February 2017, Mr. Bodner served as a Senior Advisor at Advent International in its global retail, consumer and leisure team. Mr. Bodner served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Big Heart Pet Brands (formerly Del Monte Foods) from 2011 through July 2015. He joined Del Monte Foods in 2003 and served the company for 12 years in increasing levels of responsibility across the Finance and Operations functions. Prior to Del Monte Foods, Mr. Bodner also held senior financial positions at Walt Disney Company, as well as The Procter & Gamble Company. Mr. Bodner served on the board of directors of Hearthside Foods, a leading bakery, snack and customized solutions contract manufacturer for packaged food products in North America and Europe, from April 2015 to May 2018. He currently serves on the board of directors of Hostess Brands, Inc.

Gerald Haddock

Gerald W. Haddock has served as a director since December 2018. He also served as a director of Union I from December 2017 until it completed its merger with Bioceres in March 2019. Mr. Haddock founded Haddock Enterprises, LLC in 2000 and has served as its President since such time. Haddock Enterprises is an entrepreneurial development company concentrating on private investments and transactions, including oil and gas and real estate, located in Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Haddock formerly served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Crescent Real Estate Equities Company, a diversified real estate investment trust, from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Haddock served as a director of ENSCO International, Plc., a leading global offshore oil and gas drilling service company, from 1986 to 2019. As a director for ENSCO, he has served as its co-lead director and Chairperson of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee. He has also served as a director of Meritage Homes Corporation, a real estate development company that constructs single-family detached homes across the United States as well as active adult communities and luxury real estate in Arizona, since 2005 and has served as Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since 2006 and as a member of the Audit Committee since 2009. Mr. Haddock is a former board member of Cano Petroleum, Inc., having served from December 2004 to October 2008. He also serves on the board of trustees and is a member of various committees for the Executive Investment Committee at Baylor University, the M.D. Anderson Proton Therapy Education and Research Foundation, the CEELI Institute and the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation. Mr. Haddock received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baylor University and his J.D. from Baylor University Law School. He also has received a Masters of Law in Taxation degree from New York University School of Law and a MBA from Dallas Baptist University.

Mike Cunningham

Michael Cunningham has served as the Chief Strategy and Digital Officer of Banque Saudi Fransi, the second largest corporate bank in Saudi Arabia, since August 2018. Mr. Cunningham also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of BankCLEARLY, a digital challenger bank with emerging market focus, since January 2016. Prior to BankCLEARLY, Mr. Cunningham was Executive Vice President at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank where he led Group Strategy and Innovation from 2008 to December 2015. Before that he worked for Barclays in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East where he led the de-novo market entry and establishment of Barclays in India, Pakistan and Namibia. He is a thought leader and digital practitioner of innovation within financial services and is a mentor to new FinTech start-ups at two of the Middle East’s leading accelerators in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon. Mr. Cunningham received a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Liverpool.

James Whitcomb

James Whitcomb has served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer of Parallel, one of the largest privately held multi-state cannabis companies in the world, since October 2019 and was appointed a member of its board of directors in July 2018. On February 22, 2021, Ceres Acquisition Corp. (“Ceres”) (OTCQX:CERAF), a special purpose acquisition corporation, announced a definitive business combination agreement involving a transaction that would result in Parallel becoming a public company. Mr. Whitcomb also serves as a Managing Partner of Tesseract Ventures, a consumer-focused venture capital and growth equity vehicle that makes investments in early-stage, branded consumer product companies. Mr. Whitcomb joined Parallel as its first Chief Financial Officer in 2016, a role he held until 2019. Prior to Parallel, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Groups at Perella Weinberg Partners, an investment bank in New York, where he executed over $22 billion in transactions across multiple industries. He began his career with Dory Ventures, a consumer brand-focused family investment office, where he was a turnaround consultant for portfolio companies and spent extensive time in China on manufacturing assignments. Mr. Whitcomb received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Mat Goldsmith

Mat Goldsmith has served as a partner of P5 Infrastructure LLC, a port and port related infrastructure private equity manager, since May 2016 and as Founder and Partner at M2 Advisors since April 2009. Mr. Goldsmith has twenty years of experience in private equity, investment banking and institutional equity sales. He was a Co-Founder of Manabi S.A. and former member of the Board of Directors from 2011 to July 2015 . Mr. Goldsmith was also a Co-Founder of HRT Participacoes em Petroleo S.A. and former member of the Board of Directors from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Goldsmith was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets where he focused on the energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors. He holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School

Sean Pierce

Sean Pierce has served as the CEO of P5 Infrastructure LLC, a port and port related infrastructure private equity manager, since June 2016. Mr. Pierce has over twenty-five years of experience in port and marine terminal planning, technology, operations, and management. He served as CEO of Yilport Holdings, an international terminal operator headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, from 2011 to May 2016. He spent nine years as the VP of Business Development for Tideworks Technology, a provider of software and hardware solutions for the maritime and rail sector. Mr. Pierce spent the first twelve years of his career in various management positions with TraPac Limited, a subsidiary of Mitsui OSK Lines of Japan. He earned a Bachelors in Business and Marketing from Washington State University and an Executive Juris Doctor Degree from Concord Law School.

Fara Remtulla

Fara Remtulla has served as the Head of Digital Delivery at BSF Digital Ventures since February 2019. Ms. Remtulla is an experienced Fintech practitioner who has been actively involved in launching new digital banking propositions, including co-founding one of the Middle East’s first neo-banks, BankCLEARLY, from 2016 – 2018. Prior to founding BankCLEARLY, Ms. Remtulla was the Vice President of Group Strategy at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, where she focused on corporate and digital strategy, innovation, and customer experience from 2012 – 2016. Ms. Remtulla also held leadership roles at Deutsche Bank in the Corporate and Investment Bank from 2005 – 2010 and at Citigroup from 2003 – 2005. She began her career with McKinsey & Company in their New York office in 2001. She holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelors of Engineering from McGill University.
