Sean Pierce has served as the CEO of P5 Infrastructure LLC, a port and port related infrastructure private equity manager, since June 2016. Mr. Pierce has extensive experience in port and marine terminal planning, technology, operations, and management. He served as CEO of Yilport Holdings, an international terminal operator headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey, from 2011 to May 2016. He spent nine years as the VP of Business Development for Tideworks Technology, a provider of software and hardware solutions for the maritime and rail sector. Mr. Pierce spent the first twelve years of his career in various management positions with TraPac Limited, a subsidiary of Mitsui OSK Lines of Japan. He earned a Bachelors in Business and Marketing from Washington State University and an Executive Juris Doctor Degree from Concord Law School.

(NASDAQ American: BIOX), a fully-integrated provider of crop productivity solutions, including seeds, seed traits, seed treatments, Federico Trucco, Ph.D., has served as Chief Executive Officer of Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (NYSE American: BIOX), a fully-integrated provider of crop productivity solutions, including seeds, seed traits, seed treatments, biologicals, high-value adjuvants and fertilizers, since June 2011 and was appointed as a member of its controlling shareholder, board of directors in December 2014. He previously served in various positions at INDEAR including as general manager from 2009 to 2011, director of product development from 2008 to 2009 and research team leader of the Amaranth project from 2005 to 2009. Dr. Trucco also serves as president of Bioceres, Inc. and S&W Semillas, manager of Verdeca, a director of RASA Holding, Heritas and Rizobacter Argentina, and vice president of SEMYA and AGBM.

James Whitcomb has served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Development Officer of Parallel, one of the largest privately held multi-state cannabis companies in the world, since October 2019 and was appointed a member of its board of directors in July 2018. On February 22, 2021, Ceres Acquisition Corp. (“Ceres”) (OTCQX:CERAF), a special purpose acquisition corporation, announced a definitive business combination agreement involving a transaction that would result in Parallel becoming a public company. Mr. Whitcomb also serves as a Managing Partner of Tesseract Ventures, a consumer-focused venture capital and growth equity vehicle that makes investments in early-stage, branded consumer product companies. Mr. Whitcomb joined Parallel as its first Chief Financial Officer in 2016, a role he held until 2019. Prior to Parallel, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Groups at Perella Weinberg Partners, an investment bank in New York, where he executed over $22 billion in transactions across multiple industries. He began his career with Dory Ventures, a consumer brand-focused family investment office, where he was a turnaround consultant for portfolio companies and spent extensive time in China on manufacturing assignments. Mr. Whitcomb received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.

Michael Cunningham has served as the Chief Strategy and Digital Officer of Banque Saudi Fransi, the second largest corporate bank in Saudi Arabia, since August 2018. Mr. Cunningham also serves as Co-Founder and CEO of BankCLEARLY, a digital challenger bank with emerging market focus, since January 2016. Prior to BankCLEARLY, Mr. Cunningham was Executive Vice President at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank where he led Group Strategy and Innovation from 2008 to December 2015. Before that he worked for Barclays in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East where he led the de-novo market entry and establishment of Barclays in India, Pakistan and Namibia. He is a thought leader and digital practitioner of innovation within financial services and is a mentor to new FinTech start-ups at two of the Middle East’s leading accelerators in Saudi Arabia and Lebanon. Mr. Cunningham received a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Liverpool.

MMat Goldsmith has served as a partner of P5 Infrastructure LLC, a port and port related infrastructure private equity manager, since May 2016 and as Founder and Partner at M2 Advisors since April 2009. Mr. Goldsmith has twenty years of experience in private equity, investment banking and institutional equity sales. He was a Co-Founder of Manabi S.A. and former member of the Board of Directors from 2011 to July 2015 . Mr. Goldsmith was also a Co-Founder of HRT Participacoes em Petroleo S.A. and former member of the Board of Directors from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Goldsmith was a Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets where he focused on the energy, infrastructure, and mining sectors. He holds a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.

Lina Gugucheva has served as Chief Business Officer of NewAmsterdam Pharma, a Phase 3 clinical-stage pharmaceutical company focused on the research and development of transformative therapies for metabolic diseases, since May 2021.  Ms. Gugucheva is an experienced biotechnology executive with over a decade of business development, finance and strategy experience in the sector. She has led venture and private equity financings in excess of $300 million as well as M&A and strategic transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in potential returns.  Ms. Gugucheva previously served as Chief Business Officer at Scorpion Therapeutics, Chief Business Officer at Northern Biologics (2020 sale to Boehringer Ingelheim), and VP of Business Development & Strategy at IFM Therapeutics (2019 subsidiary sale to Novartis; 2017 subsidiary sale to Bristol-Myers Squibb).  Ms. Gugucheva began her career as a life sciences transactional attorney at the law firm of Covington & Burling and also served in-house at Royalty Pharma.  Ms. Gugucheva holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in molecular biology and political science from New York University.

He previously was a Managing Director and Head of Europe for Paladin Capital, a Senior Advisor to Kleinwort Benson Bank in London, and served on the Investment Committee of IndoChina Capital.
